One plan generation — spend it on a full 12-week build or a deep refresh of the block you're already in. Then two week refreshes and six coach-assisted plan edits to keep it current.

What a month gives you

Everything in Base, roughly doubled: two plan generations, four week refreshes, ten plan edits, ten ad-hoc sessions, and two race briefs.

120 coach chat turns a month — the annual term carries 200.200 coach chat turns a month, the highest allowance we sell. Plus priority support when race week goes wrong.

Base is also sold on a six-month term at $149 ($24.83 a month) — pick it at checkout. All prices in USD.

Allowances: Every allowance is a real number, not a fair-use policy. They reset on your billing day each month and don't roll over.
Free forever: Mechanical changes cost nothing and are never counted — moving a session, swapping a day to rest, or swapping equipment the coach can resolve on its own.
Hitting a limit: If you run a feature out, we say which one, what you used, and the day it resets — then offer the tier above rather than quietly degrading your plan.
Changing your mind: Change plan, pause, or cancel from the customer portal. Cancelling runs to the end of the term you've paid for; annual terms carry a 14-day refund window.
A failed payment: Seven days of grace while you fix the card. After that the account goes read-only — your history and plans stay put, nothing is deleted.
New plan builds: A build is gated to the end of your current block, so a plan generation isn't wasted mid-cycle. A changed race date, an injury flag, or a new goal opens it early.

Polar (polar.sh) is our merchant of record — it takes the payment, issues your receipt, and handles sales tax and VAT. Your card details never reach AIDSTATION; we receive the last four digits and a confirmation, nothing more.
